How is pricing calculated?

Individual is $89 per clinician per month (or $82/mo billed annually). Team is $80 per clinician per month for 2–9 clinicians. Enterprise is custom pricing with org-wide controls and optional integrations.

Is Besti HIPAA-compliant?

Besti encrypts PHI in transit and at rest, supports role-based access and audit logs, and offers BAAs for covered entities. We don’t use PHI to train generalized models.

Can we use Besti without a patient app rollout?

Yes. Staff can collect patient-reported data during visits, upload documents, or import structured data. The app adds continuity between visits but isn’t required to generate notes or summaries.
