Our Care Team integrates with your practice’s EHR, allowing seamless internal documentation and communication. Monthly updates on patient progress will be entered into the EHR by the Care Navigator or nurse for your review.

For urgent patient issues or requests, our Care Team or clinical leadership team will reach out to your designated practice liaison.

Do I have final sign off on the Care Plan?

Yes. Our Care Team only delivers care approved by the patient’s supervising clinician. We may make observations or suggestions in the monthly note, but adjustments remain at the supervising clinician’s discretion.

Does Besti Health prescribe medicine or testing?

No. Your physicians prescribe any necessary medications or tests. Between visits, the Besti Health Care Team provides patient support throughout treatment.

What happens in an emergency situation?

When Besti identifies symptoms or situations indicating emergency care may be needed, we advise the patient to visit urgent care or the emergency room and notify the practice’s designated liaison.

How does billing work?

When the Besti nurse enters the monthly note into the patient’s record, they include diagnosis codes and billing codes. After supervising clinician sign-off, the note can move into your billing workflow.

Besti specializes in chronic OBGYN conditions including PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, hormone imbalances, and high-risk pregnancy monitoring.
