Is Besti HIPAA-compliant? How is data secured?

Yes. Besti encrypts PHI in transit and at rest, supports role-based access and audit logs, and offers BAAs for covered entities. We do not use patient data to train generalized models. Administrators control data retention and export.

What does the patient app collect?

Patients can log symptoms, cycle events, medications, assessments, and optional vitals. Clinics choose which modules to enable. Entries sync to the clinician dashboard and are available in documentation outputs.

Can we use Besti without asking patients to install the app?

Yes. Staff can record patient-reported data during visits, upload documents, or import structured data. The patient app adds continuity between visits but isn't required to generate notes or summaries.

Does Besti integrate with our EHR/EMR?

Besti is EHR-agnostic. We export FHIR/HL7-friendly summaries and PDFs, and can connect via SFTP/API for deeper integrations. Structured SOAP and patient summaries are designed to paste or import cleanly.

What devices are supported?

The patient app supports iOS and Android. The clinician dashboard works in modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari). No special hardware required.

How do we join the waitlist and what does it cost?

Add your clinic to the waitlist and we'll reach out about pilot availability. Pricing is offered per seat or per clinic depending on size and integration needs.

Who owns the data? Can patients request deletion?

Clinics retain ownership of clinical records. Patients can submit access and deletion requests through clinic channels; we support verified requests and provide export on demand.
