I'm prescribing combined oral contraceptives (continuous cycling) to reduce your pelvic pain and heavy bleeding. We'll also schedule pelvic ultrasound and consider laparoscopy if symptoms don't improve. Please track your pain levels daily and we'll reassess in 2 weeks.
